Erasmus Mundus students will be in touch before and at their arrival with the International Office (SRI). The SRI, in collaboration with the Student Association (BDE) will coordinate and ensure their reception on the campus according to the moment of their arrival (working hours, week-end, night); it will organize an information session in order to present them the different contact persons, services available on the campus, cultural life as well as the different administrative procedures. The SRI will help and provide counselling to students during their whole stay on the campus.

The SRI will provide students with a Guide containing all this information; some examples of the information contained by the Guide is presented below.
